We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your membership, but we completely understand.

To cancel, you have 2 options:

Option 1: Cancel In Person
Visit the same location where you originally signed up and let the cashier or attendant know you'd like to cancel. They’ll walk you through the process and provide a cancellation confirmation receipt.

Option 2: Cancel Online
Navigate to the online store page for the location where you originally signed up & click on “Manage My Plan.” Enter your information and follow the prompts to cancel. Once completed, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation as well as an email confirming your cancellation.
