A service the enables you to wash your vehicle numerous times per month at a lower cost then purchasing singular washes. Exterior washes are unlimited and full service washes are 10 per month.

Nope! You can cancel any time. Make sure to cancel at least 10 days before your next billing cycle to avoid a recharge. No contracts & no cancellation fees! Memberships purchased as part of a promotion are subject to a two-month commitment. If canceled before completing two months, the membership for the following month will still be charged and remain active for use, but no further charges will occur after that

Yes. You credit or debit card will be charged every monthly anniversary of your signup date unless you cancel or the charge is declined by the credit processing company.

Yes. Each car you wish to have unlimited car washes available to needs its own unique account.

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your membership, but we completely understand.

To cancel, you have 2 options:

Option 1: Cancel In Person
Visit the same location where you originally signed up and let the cashier or attendant know you'd like to cancel. They’ll walk you through the process and provide a cancellation confirmation receipt.

Option 2: Cancel Online
Navigate to the online store page for the location where you originally signed up & click on “Manage My Plan.” Enter your information and follow the prompts to cancel. Once completed, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation as well as an email confirming your cancellation.

*Group Memberships: These memberships can only be started or cancelled in person. Cancelling a group plan requires a few verification steps, so we handle it on-site to make sure everything is done correctly.

Fast Track Member ship

With Freeway's Fasttrack Membership, you can add up to 3 vehicles to your membership for a discounted rate.

How it works

  • Family memberships are only eligible under an Expressway, Interstate or Freeway Member's account.
  • Under the plan, family members will receive an exterior wash for an additional $18.99 per month, per family member.
  • Limit of (3) additional vehicles per family membership plan.
  • Family member vehicles will be charged under the main account holder's/member's credit card.
  • If the main account holder/member cancels or downgrades their account, all vehicles will automatically be cancelled from the Family Membership Plan.
  • Family Plans must be purchased On-Site.
  • UBER/Lyft and Taxi services are excluded.
