What is the Monthly Wash Membership?

A service the enables you to wash your vehicle numerous times per month at a lower cost then purchasing singular washes. Exterior washes are unlimited and full service washes are 10 per month.

Are there long term contracts when I join?

Nope! You can cancel any time. Make sure to cancel at least 5 days before your next billing cycle to avoid a recharge. No contracts & no cancellation fees!

Does the Monthly Membership charge my credit or debit card on a monthly basis?

Yes. You credit or debit card will be charged every monthly anniversary of your signup date unless you cancel or the charge is declined by the credit processing company.

Do each of the vehicles I own need it's own membership?

Yes. Each car you wish to have unlimited car washes available to needs its own unique account.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?

Option 1: Cancel In Person Visit the same location where you originally signed up and let the cashier or attendant know you'd like to cancel. They’ll walk you through the process and provide a cancellation confirmation receipt.

Option 2: Cancel Online Navigate to the online store/shop page for the location where you originally signed up & click on “Manage My Plan.” Enter your information and follow the prompts to cancel. Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation.

*No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods for any monthly Wash Plans. Members may upgrade to a different wash plan & pay the difference at time of wash. Carpool kit available for purchase to Freeway Wash Members. Promo for Exterior Wash Memberships only.

With Freeway's Fasttrack Membership, you can add up to 3 vehicles to your membership for a discounted rate.

How it works

Family memberships are only eligible under an Expressway, Interstate or Freeway Member's account.
Under the plan, family members will receive an exterior wash for an additional $18.99 per month, per family member.
Limit of (3) additional vehicles per family membership plan.
Family member vehicles will be charged under the main account holder's/member's credit card.
If the main account holder/member cancels or downgrades their account, all vehicles will automatically be cancelled from the Family Membership Plan.
Family Plans must be purchased On-Site.
UBER/Lyft and Taxi services are excluded.
